The Rotary Club of Frankfort, Michigan and BACN sponsor 9th annual Winter Warmth Collection
The Rotary Club of Frankfort, Michigan and BACN are sponsoring our 9th annual WINTER WARMTH COLLECTION
This year BACN has about half of their normal storage space, so they are focusing in the biggest needs: coats and socks.
- Coats:
- Machine-washable coats which are new, or have been purchased within the past five years. No wool, leather, suede, etc. which will need special dry cleaning.
- Coats do not need to be bagged, but plastic bagging does help to keep them clean during transportation.
- Socks: all sizes, but especially kids‘ sox – which must be in new and in factory packaging.
Unlike previous years, due to space restrictions, BACN is not looking for hats, gloves, sweaters, etc.
Where?: Drop-off locations (during normal business hours) are:
- The Hotel Frankfort, 231 Main Street, Frankfort
- State Savings Bank, 703 Main Street, Frankfort
- Webber Insurance Agency, 1450 US. 31, Benzonia
- Curtis Insurance Agency, 405 Main Street, Frankfort
When? Wednesday December 1st through Wednesday December 8th.
In lieu of buying coats and socks, you may write a check to Frankfort Rotary Club, memo Winter Collection 2021, and mail it to Frankfort Rotary, PO Box 2181, Frankfort, MI 49635. We (Frankfort Rotary) will record and then pass the accumulated funds on to BACN: which BACN will use to the buy the needed Winter Warmth items.
